Frequently asked questions

Which level should I register my child for?


If you're unsure which level your athlete should be playing, please give me a call and we will set-up an evaluation for me to assess their skill level.




What happens if we register but cannot make a practice?


There is no charge for missing practice so I will refund the cost of the practice if you paid using a credit/debit card. If you purchased a bundle of sessions and a session is cancelled or you cancel it from your Account, then you will automatically receive the credit in your account.




What about rain days?


If we cancel practice due to lightning or rain within 15 minutes of class, there is no charge. If you booked using a credit/debit card, I will provide a refund. If you booked using your paid plan, the credit will automatically be added back to your account.




Do you sell bundles or just single training sessions?


You can purchase a single class when registering or purchase a bundle of 5 or 10 classes. The bundles act like credits that are visible in your Account under My Subscriptions. If you cancel or reschedule, the credits will be returned to your account and they do not expire. Both the single sessions and bundles can be purchased online with a credit or debit card.




Is water supplied during training sessions?


No, water is not supplied. Hopefully the city will turn the water fountains on soon but I encourage athletes to bring their own and plenty of it!




Are masks requried to play?


No, masks are not required to play however, it is up the parents or athlete to choose what works best for them.




Have you been vaccinated?


Yes




What should your athlete wear/bring to the session?


They'll want to wear clothes they can easily move in and comfortable, bring water, sand socks (especially now that the weather is much warmer), and a sweat towel if possible.




Is there shaded seating for parents at the courts?
